My love of yoga expands into learning and teaching Vinyasa, Yin, Prenatal, Yoga Flex, Aerial Yoga and Barre Attack. I am inspired by my family, friends, dance, music, nature and my teachers. I am passionate about yoga, travel, music, dance, health and well being, inspiring others and living life to the fullest! I particularly love working with teenage girls, helping them to overcome body anxiety issues, through movement and meditation.

My goal as an instructor is to give you an amazing hour of movement and laughter so that each of you leave the mat feeling your best. As someone who still also works in the Corporate sector, I understand the importance of a healthy body creating a healthy and productive person.

Kate Green

As a qualified Aerial, Yin and Barre Attack teacher, I am passionate about helping my students grow through these various forms of movement. I also incorporate therapeutic use of assisted stretching to assist in better mobility, and injury rehabilitation. I believe that a healthy body is the pathway to reducing stress, anxiety and improving the quality of life of people and organisations. Movement is a great way to build teamwork, and improve communication.

Dina Savitz

I believe that movement truly is medicine for the body and that everyone needs to move daily, in a way that works for them. I work holistically as a Naturopath and as a Postnatal Trainer, ensuring exercises are both safe and effective for mums. As a Mum of 2 young kids, I am passionate about helping new Mums reclaim their sense of strength and identity as individuals, through healthy eating and movement. I am particularly passionate about gut health as a means of preventing and healing many forms of illness/disease. I believe in a holisitc approach to health, through nutrition and movement.
